I have always admired the rodeo cowboys that travel the circuit earning a living on the back of powerful animals. Not that I could do it myself, but I can try to convey the excitement of the sport of Bull Riding.
I modeled the cowboy after my brother and I wear Wrangler jeans and own a RAM truck. So, I had to include those in the painting.
